Q: What’s your sample policy?
A: Normal Solid-Color Microfiber Towel is free sample. Customers only need to pay for the shipping cost ( DHL / Fedex / TNT / UPS ). Samples of Printed Towel or Custom-Made need to pay sample charges.
Q: How long is your sample time?
A: About 3~5 days for our existing samples.
About 12~15 days for customized samples
Q:What’s your payment terms?
A: T/T 30% deposit before production and the balance before delivery.
L/C, T/T, Alibaba Trade Assurance Order and PayPal are acceptable.
Q:What’s your minimum order quantity?
A: Normally 200 pieces/design, special custom requirement may need more quantity.
Q:Can you add our logo on the towel?
A: Yes, we have embroidered / printed / embossed logo for your choices. The packing can also add custom logo.
Q:Could you design the pattern / logo for me?
A:Yes, we have a design team at your service.
You can send us your design, or tell us your ideas and then get a pre-production sample.
Or we can send you our current design for your reference and revise the design according to your ideas.
Q:What’s your lead time for mass production?
A: About 14-40 days, depends on designs, order quantity, manufacturing processes.

Q:How do you guarantee the quality of your products?
A: Customers are welcome to get existing sample towel or custom printed sample towels before placing an order. We revise the sample according to your ideas after you receiving the samples. Our professional QC team inspect the products quality in the whole process of mass production. Clients are welcome to visit factory.
